TBL-Zakir Hossain (JV) is a privately owned, government-licensed engineering and construction joint venture. Together with M/S. Zakir Hossain and M/S. Zakir Hossain & Co., we form three licensed business entities focused on government infrastructure, housing, and public services in Bangladesh.
What does "1st Class Contractor" mean?
A 1st Class Government Contractor designation is the highest licensing classification issued by the Government of Bangladesh for construction companies. It authorizes us to tender for and execute the largest and most complex government projects across all sectors. Our trade license number is TRAD/CHTG/036947/2021.
What types of projects do you take on?
We specialize in government infrastructure, residential construction (including troops dormitories and government housing), commercial developments, waterlogging and drainage solutions, civil and public works, and engineering & supply. Our flagship project, CDA Square in Chittagong, is a landmark commercial development.
